The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000000d)
This is the way one can see it on screen:

Fixed error c0000145

According to the information I am well known with, the error occurs when Window 7 illegal copies and activators are used. However, one is to know that there are certain cases, when Widows licensed copies can also be damaged.
The error c0000145 is caused by security update kb3045999. If no security updates are installed, you are to wait for some time, but don’t use kb3045999.
The ways you can fix c0000145 when security update kb3045999 was installed are following:

  1.  You are to reboot your laptop or computer once or twice to activate Windows repair system. You are to follow the tips; the system should repair Windows booting. If the steps are failed, you are to use Windows system restore.
  2.  If the previous variant doesn’t work, you have to repair Windows manually. So, to do it correctly, you should delete security update kb3045999:
    1. To get access to a command line, you can use a boot flash or dvd with Windows installation files.
    2. To browse the list of the installed updates you are to execute the command:
    DISM /Image:C:\ /Get-Packages
If necessary, the C: should be replaced by your own system disk.
    3. You are to find the package you need. Package_for_KB3045999~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~ is used at the moment.
To delete you are to put the command (remember about your own C:)
    DISM /Image:C:\ /Remove-Package /PackageName:Package_for_KB3045999~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~ 4. Reboot
    5. If there are some problems, you can try the following step:
     DISM » » /Image:C:\ » » /Remove-Package » » /PackageName:Package_for_KB3045999~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~

Space is needed between the inverted commas.
